Jim Fallon
Investment Professional
Jim Fallon is an investment professional with 30 years of experience in Finance as an accountant, analyst, and portfolio manager. He is currently the lead portfolio manager for MFS Low Volatility strategies, responsible for day-to-day management including all buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction and risk. He originally developed the strategies and has been managing them since their launch in 2011. He also participates in the quantitative research process and manages international portfolios. Jim has been a long-time advocate of community causes, regularly participating in events such as a playing in the All Day Power Pay (24-hour hockey game for Nashua Children’s Home), running on behalf of charities in the Boston Marathon, and currently training for the Pan Mass Challenge, with a history of organizing and performing in charitable music events. He has earned honors bachelor’s degrees from both the University of New Hampshire as well as Berklee College of Music Online and has an MBA from Boston University. He lives in Andover, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
