Betsy Cohen is currently a part-time Executive Consultant, advising Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies on how to strategically bring novel medicines to patients. Most recently, she was the Vice President of RNA-based Gene Therapeutics at Novo Nordisk. Prior to that, Betsy held VP roles in other Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies, leading the strategy of enterprise portfolios and programs focusing on cell therapies, antibody-based therapies, and protein-based therapies in Oncology, Hematology, Rare Disease, and Immunology.

Betsy has been recognized as a top executive leader at several companies for her accelerated and highly impressive career trajectory. She recently completed a competitive accelerated program, Executive Exchange, for VP-to-CSuite level executives. Additionally, Betsy previously was elected and served on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and was the President of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) for the Boston-Cambridge chapter.
