Delisa Joseph is Vice President, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer at Needham Bank: In this role, she is primarily responsible for directing all CRA activities for the organization and actively represents the Bank in the community.
Ms. Joseph has over 15 years in the financial services industry. She previously worked for the State Street Corporation as Assistant Vice President for Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining State Street, she held a succession of positions of increasing responsibility at Citigroup, Inc. in their Buffalo, NY, office.
Ms. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Niagara University, a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Buffalo, The State University of New York.
She is a member of Crossroads’ Board of Trustees, Family Promise MetroWest’s Board of Directors, Advisory Board member for Union Capital, a committee member of the Boston Alliance for Economic Inclusion (AEI), and co-chair of the Partnership for Financial Equity’s CRA Peer Group.
Outside of her work life, Ms. Joseph is participates in community events and programs organized by the Boston Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., America’s oldest and most prestigious African-American Greek Letter sorority.
